Cancellation Policy

1. Strict No-Cancellation Policy

Numeros Vision Consultancy operates a strict No-Cancellation Policy once an order has been successfully placed. Because our computational systems and expert consultation schedules mobilize immediately upon transaction confirmation, orders cannot be cancelled, recalled, or revoked after checkout.

2. Why No Cancellation?

Our services are uniquely personalized and non-fungible. Under the Indian Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and international distance selling guidelines for customized digital content:

• Instant Digital Blueprints & AI Dossiers: When you purchase an automated calculation (such as the Master Blueprint Dossier, Name Balancing Report, or Mobile Numerology Audit), our deterministic Python engine begins computing planetary synergy matrices, reducing acoustic frequencies, and compiling high-resolution PDF pages in real time. Once generated or accessed, the digital product is deemed fully delivered and consumed. This computation cannot be reversed.
• Live 1-on-1 Astrologer Consultations: When you book a personal consultation, dedicated time is blocked exclusively on the calendar of our verified master numerologists. Holding this slot precludes all other seekers from reserving that time. Due to this immediate allocation of professional time and unavailability of the reserved slot, cancellation requests cannot be entertained once booked.
• Charm AI Passes & Multi-Question Bundles: Interactive question tokens and transit radar access are allocated to your authenticated seeker account immediately upon payment completion, making the digital pass active and accessible.

3. 1-on-1 Consultation Rescheduling Protocol

While orders cannot be cancelled for a monetary refund, clients holding a 1-on-1 Consultation booking are entitled to flexible rescheduling under the following conditions:

• Notice Greater Than 24 Hours: You may reschedule your consultation to any available slot within the subsequent forty-five (45) calendar days at zero additional charge by emailing [email protected].
• Notice Between 12 and 24 Hours: You may reschedule once with a nominal 20% calendar holding fee to compensate the practitioner for holding the unutilized time slot.
• Notice Under 12 Hours or No-Show: Appointments cancelled less than 12 hours prior, or where the client fails to connect within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, are forfeited and cannot be cancelled or refunded. Exceptional medical emergencies are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Practitioner Unavailability: In the rare event that a Numeros Vision practitioner is delayed by more than 15 minutes or cannot attend, you receive an immediate choice between priority rescheduling with complimentary advisory time or a full 100% refund.
